Delicious home-grown chuntey for cheese or curry - a warm hint of spice (medium hot)

Ingredients:

Homegrown cooking apples/red & white onions, raisins or sultanas, Muscovado brown sugar, cider vinegar, garlic & ginger (fresh), Allspice & ground nutmeg, Fresh chillies (from B's greenhouse), salt & pepper, Juice of lemon & lime.
